performance, wellness, and specialized training have on student outcomes of middle school students with
disabilities. Participants will be asked to share their experiences of how job performance, wellness, and a
lack of specialized training has affected the academic development, social-emotional development, and
career development outcomes of students with disabilities during a 30-40-minute interview via Zoom;

University of South Florida: The study purpose is to learn how school counselors advise Latino students for CTE (Career and Technical Education) postsecondary options. If you have experience as a high school counselor in Florida and you work with Latino students, please consider participating in this research study. The study is a virtual interview, approximately 1 to 2 hours long, scheduled at your convenience. Selected participants will be offered a $10 gift card.
