Learn how to use Microsoft Outlook to complete a time study analysis, a powerful and effective advocacy tool for developing and protecting your comprehensive school counseling program. This session includes step-by-step instructions for setting up and formatting Outlook Calendar to include appropriate task categories. Participants will have the opportunity to walk through the process of exporting their calendars into an Excel spreadsheet and then using Excel formulas to analyze and graph their use-of-time data.
