College Goal Sunday 2008 is approaching and we need your help! This event is geared towards assisting low income, first generation, and minority college-bound students with filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid, more commonly known as the FAFSA. Students will have the opportunity to sit down and get their questions answered by a financial aid expert. College Goal Sunday will take place in locations throughout the state in February and one student at each site will win a $500 scholarship. We need your help in spreading the word to your students! Please spread the word as often as possible at pep rallies, sporting events, one-on-one sessions with your students, and parent meetings. Site coordinators are also looking for volunteers to assist the day of the event.
