The FSCA Emerging Leaders Program was launched in 2015 to support leadership development among the association's membership. Over 100 FSCA members have completed the program, many of whom have gone on to serve on the FSCA Board of Directors, as Committee Chairs, or both!

ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE

To be eligible for the program, the applicant must:

• be a current member of the Florida School Counselor Association and maintain membership through the term;

• be a professional school counselor or a current graduate student in a school counseling program; and

• attend the annual FSCA Convention October 15-17, 2026 in Orlando, FL (at your own expense).
