FSCA Scholarships Competition is now open. FSCA will award four high school scholarships in the amount of $250 each and three graduate student scholarships in the amount of $500 each. All application materials must be received by 5 PM on Friday, April 2, 2021. All questions should be directed to FSCAScholarship@fla-schoolcounselor.org
High School student criteria:
- Current 12thgraders on track to graduate either during the current spring or summer; and;
- Intent to enroll in a postsecondary institution in the upcoming summer or fall following high school graduation.
- The application requires a 250-500 words response to: How do school counselors and school counseling programs positively impact students and their success?

Graduate-level student application criteria:
- A current graduate student enrolled in a Florida School Counseling preparation program;
- Enrolled as a school counseling graduate student for the next upcoming academic year; and,
- Hold a current FSCA member.
- The application requires a 500-750 word response to this prompt: As the needs of today’s students continue to evolve, so must school counselors. What emerging issue or issues must today’s school counselors be ready to address, and how can school counselors best be prepared to support their students around this issue/these issues?
