University of South Florida; Florida Study on School Counselors and Career and Technical Education School Counselors are invited to participate in a research study about advising students regarding Career and Technical Education (CTE). CTE means education courses and programs at the high school and postsecondary level that prepare students for high-wage, high-skill, high-demand careers (e.g., automotive mechanics, culinary arts, licensed practical nurse, veterinary assistant, drafting, welding, marketing, business, etc.).

Participants need to be credentialed high school counselors in a public school in Florida. The participation involves completing a survey that takes about 20 minutes to finish. Participants with valid responses will automatically be entered in a raffle for a $20.00 gift card.

This study examines the relationships among cognitive flexibility, compassion, multicultural school counseling behaviors, and consultation self-efficacy when working with immigrant parents. Participants need to be school counselors in a school in Florida. You can contribute to the study by answering the survey link provided below.
