School Based Administrator

The purpose of this award is to recognize an administrator in a local district who has promoted and supported the school guidance and counseling program.
 
ELIGIBILITY FOR CONSIDERATION:
 
  1. Nominee must be a school-based administrator who has consistently made a significant contribution to the improvement of guidance and counseling and/or has supported existing programs in the school setting.

     
  2. Nominee must be currently employed as a full-time school based administrator and have completed at least three years of service. The nominee's primary responsibility must be in working with, supporting, and improving the guidance and counseling program(s) within a school.

     
  3. Nominee does not need to be a member of FSCA.
CRITERIA FOR RECOGNITION:
 
  1. Supporting existing and/or new developmental guidance program(s) within the school.

     
  2. Assisting school based counselors with their profession and implementation of their profession.

     
  3. Recognizing the importance of the guidance and counseling program within the school.
