Florida's
School Counseling and Guidance Framework is a conceptual
model that can be used by districts and schools as a
framework to develop, restructure, or improve
comprehensive counseling and guidance programs. This
framework supports the career-development process of
students as well as their personal and social
development and academic achievement. The framework
focuses on an integrated and outcome-oriented curriculum
that targets all students. Schools may extract those
components that best meet their individualized needs.
