What is the Hotel Rate and How Do I Reserve a Room?
Ø $117/night for single or double plus tax. To secure this rate, mention the
Florida Migrant & Homeless Education State Conference.
Ø You must reserve your room no later than Wednesday, September 24, 2008.

Why Should You Attend the 2008 Migrant & Homeless Education State Conference?
To:
· learn about effective strategies for addressing the needs of highly mobile children and youth including coordinating the efforts of the Migrant Education Program and the Homeless Education Program;
· hear about parent involvement strategies for migrant and homeless children/youth;
· understand the implementation requirements of the Migrant & Homeless Education Programs;
· discuss developing effective summer programs for highly mobile students; and
· discover information regarding specific concerns affecting migrant and homeless students including issues such as health and transportation.
