Education Week Holds Online Chat on Graduation Rates On July 6, Education Week held an online chat with Robert Balfanz, associate research scientist at the Center for Social Organization of Schools at Johns Hopkins University, and Elaine Allensworth, associate director at the Consortium on Chicago School Research at the University of Chicago.
