COMMUNITY SERVICE AWARDS

The purpose of this award is to recognize counselors who have donated their time and contributed their talents to their community. This service would be "above and beyond" their school service.
 

These winners will receive a certificate from FSCA recognizing their contribution to their community and society.

 

Please briefly describe the type of service in which they participate, the number of years, and whether they have received any community awards or recognition for their service. They must be presently employed as a full-time counselor and must be a member of FSCA.
